Delivery Terms
Delivery of all our products will be island-wide. Depending on the location, your order will be sent through our delivery partners or through courier. We the current situation unfortunately we could not guarantee the exact date delivery for the orders but we will deliver during that we mentioned date range.
Standard Return/Exchange Policy
We deeply believe you will be thrilled with the products you received from Inked. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re just what you need. However, there can be unfortunate events where your items get damaged during the delivery. In that unlikely event of a damaged product please do call us +94 74 182 7155 immediately or drop us an email to complains@inked.lk as claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivering the products.
We will pick up the damaged items and re-deliver the corrective items within a reasonable period of time it’s been reported. we recommend you should keep informed the courier person as well on that.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange (except for damaged or faulty items)
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any items; as we are doing orders for you preferences and we will not be able to re-sell those at any time.
Policy for Changing or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact our hotline +94 77 281 8839 any time between 9 am and 5 pm, during working days or email us at info@inked.lk. Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 24 hrs of order placement or if your order is in the processing stage or if your order has already been delivered or already been purchased from a vendor. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in such an incident.
Substitution Policy for all other products
We will always go out of our way to try and deliver the products that you want and items are reserved on a first come first serve basis upon your order confirmation. But in a rare occasions, if a substitution is required, we guarantee to always substitute products of equal or higher value. However, if a substitution is required, we will contact you and inform you of any changes made to your order before proceeding to process it. This allows you to accept the changes or cancel the order unless there are personalized goods or goods made or sourced to a customer’s specifications . For more information, feel free to contact us.
External Item Deliveries
Inked.lk adheres to the following regulations which relates to sending external items/parcels along with the inked.lk product delivery.
The Sender warrants that the Shipment does not contain any Prohibited Goods as mentioned above and has been correctly packaged and is appropriately protected.
Inked.lk reserves the right to unbox and inspect parcels/packages that need to be delivered with the Inked.lk purchases and through the delivery.
The Sender undertakes the full responsibility of all the items or packages that will be delivered along with Inked.lk items.
